Inland Lakes posted their closest victory since May 2, 2024 on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Mancelona Ironmen 9-7. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Ironmen recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Inland Lakes' win bumped their record up to 10-5-1. As for Mancelona, they dropped their record down to 9-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Inland Lakes will host Pickford at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mancelona, they will head out on the road to face off against McBain at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
