Northridge lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Rielyn Goodwin, who scored 12 points along with four steals. Goodwin has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sabrina Miller, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and two blocks.
Northridge's defeat dropped their record down to 20-3. As for Fort Wayne Snider, they pushed their record up to 18-2 with that win, which was their 17th straight at home.
Northridge will take on Plymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fort Wayne Snider, they will head out on the road to square off against DeKalb at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. DeKalb will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings (they are ranked 92nd, while Fort Wayne Snider is ranked sixth).
