The Windham Whippets will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers at 5:00 p.m. One thing working in Windham's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
Last Friday, Windham didn't have too much trouble with Ledyard on the road as they won 68-54.
Windham got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tahj Jones out in front who scored ten points along with nine assists and six rebounds. That's the first time this season that Jones posted eight or more assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Malcolm Hunter, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Windham RVT entered their tilt with Grasso Tech with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Windham RVT secured a 54-48 W over Grasso Tech on Friday.

Dunnack has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Fischer Jones, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Windham now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Windham RVT, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Windham against Windham RVT when the teams last played back in December of 2022 as the team secured a 95-60 win. Does Windham have another victory up their sleeve, or will Windham RVT turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
