Volleyball Recap: Thursday's Victory Is North Adams' Third in Last Four Outings

North Adams won the last time they faced Manchester, and Morgan Wheeler did her part to make sure it happened again. The Green Devils were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Greyhounds on Thursday with plenty of help from Wheeler, who had 13 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Adams took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-7, 25-14.

North Adams has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Manchester, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coming up, North Adams will venture away from home to face off against Zane Trace at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Manchester, they will host Clay at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
