White Station has gone 8-2 against Ridgeway recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The White Station Spartans will be home for the holidays to greet the Ridgeway Roadrunners at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

White Station took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They managed a 51-47 win over Memphis Business Academy.

White Station can attribute much of their success to Lily Pruitt, who posted 16 points, and Kyndall Reynolds, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Serenity Austin, who had eight points.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ridgeway). They enjoyed a cozy 40-25 victory over Westwood on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Roadrunners as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

White Station better keep an eye on McKenzie Jackson. She was instrumental in Ridgeway's win, going 6 of 7 on her way to 15 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Jackson has scored at least a third of Ridgeway's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nakiya Burnett, who put up eight points.

White Station pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Ridgeway, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5.

Everything came up roses for White Station against Ridgeway when the teams last played back in December of 2022, as the squad secured a 60-11 victory. Does White Station have another victory up their sleeve, or will Ridgeway turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
