After a string of four wins, Kilgore's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Troup Tigers. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Leading Troup to victory were Chyler Graves and Kasyn McGee. Graves had seven assists and four aces, while McGee had six digs. That's the most aces Graves has posted over her last ten games.

Kilgore's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Troup, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-10.

Kilgore has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Big Sandy on the 29th. As for Troup, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Harmony on the 29th.
