That result was just more of the same for these two, as Middletown Christian also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
When it comes to explaining why Tri-County North lost, one person who can't be blamed is Logan Flory. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 17 points and 10 rebounds. Corbin Flory was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with 6 rebounds.
Middletown Christian's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Tri-County North, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middletown Christian will take on Deer Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tri-County North, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Yellow Springs at 7:30 p.m.
