The St. Michael Catholic Cardinals were the 50-47 winner over the Mobile Christian Leopards when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. St. Michael Catholic took a 64-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leopards on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that St. Michael Catholic has lost by exactly 12 points.
Mobile Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rico Prince jr., who scored 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Prince jr. has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Michael MJ Moore, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds.
St. Michael Catholic has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-14 record this season. As for Mobile Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-8.
St. Michael Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mobile Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
