Everything went Lyle/Wishram's way against Oakville on Friday as the squad secured a 76-6 win.
Lyle/Wishram's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 64 points in the first half. Oakville came up with 6 to make it 64-6 heading into the break. The Lyle/Wishram defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. This was the first game for both teams, giving Lyle/Wishram a 1-0 record and starting Oakville off at 0-1.
Lyle/Wishram will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Crescent. Oakville will stay at home against Tulalip Heritage at 7:00 PM.
