Green Forest got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Zak Watson out in front who scored 23 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Hesten Maybee, who scored 17 points along with 6 assists and 6 steals.
Green Forest's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Berryville, they bumped their record down to 3-6 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Green Forest will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lincoln at 8:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Berryville, they will head out on the road to face off against Kingston at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Kingston will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
