While losing is never fun, Guadalupe Centers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 584th in Missouri, while Independence Home School is ranked 246th in Kansas).
Meanwhile, Lincoln College Prep can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent matchup last Tuesday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 73-28 win over East. While fans of Lincoln College Prep might be used to big wins, the 45-point margin marked the team's biggest victory yet this season.
Guadalupe Centers' defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Lincoln College Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season.
