Pigeon Forge didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Hood and Andrew Lewis. Hood's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 168 rushing yards. Lewis got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Pigeon Forge's record is now 4-6. As for Claiborne, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
Looking ahead, Pigeon Forge will square off against McMinn Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Claiborne does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
