Canaan Barthlow posted a new career-high in passing yards on Thursday. He threw for 360 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt. His passing game has become a key predictor of Vista PEAK Prep's success: the team is 3-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-3 otherwise.

Coming up, Barthlow and Vista PEAK Prep will welcome Horizon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
