Drew Daoust posted a new career-low in walks on Monday. He was dynamite, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off eight hits. He has become a key player for Southern Door: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-6 otherwise.

Coming up, Daoust and Southern Door will venture away from home to square off against St. Mary Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
