Whitko has won three straight games at home, while Northfield has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Wildcats will welcome the Norsemen at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Thursday, Whitko made easy work of Fort Wayne Canterbury and carried off a 3-0 win.
Whitko not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Fort Wayne Canterbury between 18 and 21 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 25-18.

Whitko's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caitlin Beer, who had 15 digs, ten kills, and one block. That's the most digs Beer has posted since back in October of 2024. Another player making a difference was Meredith Hindbaugh, who had nine digs, six kills, two aces, and one block.
Whitko was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Northfield beat Maconaquah 3-1 on Thursday.
Northfield was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 12-25, 25-15, 25-22.
Whitko better focus on containing Brinlei Swihart and Bella Myers as the pair were huge in Northfield's win. Swihart had ten digs and four aces, while Myers had 25 digs. Swihart is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last 12 games she's played.
Whitko's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Northfield, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.
