Brady Schmidt gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in May of 2024 on Friday. He made a splash, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over four innings pitched. He was dominant the last time he took on Williamsburg back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Schmidt has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
