Everything came up roses for them against Drumright last Friday as the squad secured a 40-0 victory. As for Pawnee, they had a rough outing against Hominy two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Pawnee took down Barnsdall 50-34.
Their wins bumped Langston Hughes Academy to 1-5 and Pawnee to 4-4. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Langston Hughes Academy and Pawnee will really light up the scoreboard.
