Berkeley Prep's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Gulf Coast H HEAT with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Berkeley Prep took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-13.

Berkeley Prep picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Gulf Coast H, they dropped their record down to 0-7 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
