Hoover won the last time they faced Grissom and things went their way on Friday too. The Buccaneers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tigers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buccaneers.

Hoover's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brynn Toenes, who had five assists and four aces. Cheyenne Conner was another key player, getting eight digs and three assists.
