  Addison Davis was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: she  pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   five  hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side, George County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Aryana Dixon, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3. Dixon is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as she's  now  stolen  at least one in the last four games she's  played.
 On Hancock's side,  Teegan Dewitt spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one  run (which was  unearned)  on four hits and racked up six Ks.
 At the plate,  Brooklyn Cuevas and  Abigail Carver did most of the damage at the plate:  Cuevas  scored a  run while going 2-for-3, while  Carver  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
 George County's defeat dropped their record down to 24-7. As for Hancock, they pushed their record up to 22-4-1 with that  win, which was their eighth straight  on the road.
 As of now, neither George County nor Hancock have any future games scheduled.
