Make it six blowout wins for the Bear Grass Charter Bears this season. They were the clear victor by a 55-29 margin over Columbia. The score was close at the half, but Bear Grass Charter pulled away in the second half with 37 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bear Grass Charter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Annmarie Cooper, who scored 17 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cooper has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Carolina Harrell, who scored 15 points along with four steals.
Bear Grass Charter is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Columbia, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
