Monday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. St. Joseph hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .423. However, it's not like Baptist Prep struggles in that department as they've averaged .317. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
St. Joseph couldn't quite get it done against Baptist Prep in their previous matchup back in March of 2021 as they fell 6-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
