With the win Lovejoy extended its winning streak to six games. LHS defeated the Lions 46-13 last week.
Gabe Constintine played well for the Bulldogs. The sophomore quarterback caught one touchdown. His performance brought his touchdown total to three on the year.
Sells played well for the Lucas school in the victory. He threw two touchdowns.
The Leopards came into the game allowing 17.6 points per game. McKinney North's 17 points were below its season average of 20.8 per game.
The defeat comes as a step back for McKinney North, which notched a 35-21 victory over Royse City in its previous outing.
Lovejoy (6-0) goes up against Denison in a 4A Region II District 13 game matchup next week, while McKinney North (1-5) locks horns with Wylie also in a 4A Region II District 13 game.
