They managed a 61-55 win over Clear Brook. Given Dickinson's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while Clear Brook is ranked 379th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Dickinson was led to victory by Ciara Williams and Jazmine Hansley. Williams dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds, while Hansley scored 20 points along with eight assists and five steals. Hansley hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Another player making a difference was Devyn Turner, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Dickinson is on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 23 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season. As for Clear Brook, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-16.
Dickinson will take on Alief Taylor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dickinson has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,619 points over their last 23 matches. Clear Brook does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
