The Westview Wolverines will venture away from home to take on the Escondido Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westview is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.

Westview's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Escondido, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3.
Westview took their victory against Escondido in their previous meeting back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 35-14. The rematch might be a little tougher for Westview since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
