Carlisle entered their tilt with Valley View on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They came out on top against the Valley View Spartans by a score of 66-58. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Valley View lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ty Fritz, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 boards. Fritz is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. Anthony Valenti was another key player, putting up nine points in addition to six assists and six rebounds.

Carlisle's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points over those games. As for Valley View, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlisle will venture away from home to take on Legacy Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Valley View, they will face off against Bellbrook at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
