Maiden is  a perfect 10-0 against West Caldwell since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday.   Brycen James was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. He has become a key player for Maiden: the team is 2-1 when he posts  at  least  two  stolen bases, but 5-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was  Zane Williams, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Meanwhile, West Caldwell lost  13-3 to Bunker Hill on Friday.
  Joshton Blankenship made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double. Those  three  RBI gave  him a new career-high.
 The  victory  got Maiden back to even at 7-7. As for West Caldwell, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14.
