Centennial entered their tilt with Baker on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with  a   9-4  win over the Bulldogs.
 Keelyn Mardis ?26 was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She  struck out ten batters over  seven innings while giving up  three earned  (and one unearned) runs off   three  hits (and only one walk). Those  hits were  her first of the season. She was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with one  double and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Bailey Shankland ?26 was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3. She also  hit a  double, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Cali Moorhouse ?26, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-3.
Centennial pushed their record up to 3-3 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Baker, they now  have a losing record of 1-2.
 Centennial didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  13-11  victory against Lakeland on the 22nd. As for Baker, they will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Weiser at 1:00  p.m.  on April 11.
