Wheaton Academy won the last time they faced Crossroads Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. Wheaton Academy blew past Crossroads Christian 13-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.
Charlie Scherer looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).
At the plate, Gunnar Fitzpatrick was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
