The Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers posted their closest win yet this season on Tuesday. They skirted past The First Academy 46-43. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2020.
Among those leading the charge was Alinah Sarratt, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Green, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for The First Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-9.
Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will head out on the road to challenge Viera at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for The First Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Windermere at 6:00 p.m.
