After both having extra time off, the Le Roy Oatkan Knights and the Warsaw Tigers will shake off the rust and duke it out  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Le Roy will be strutting in after a  win while Warsaw will be coming in after a  loss.
Two weeks ago, Le Roy was able to grind out a solid  victory over Letchworth, taking the game  11-6.

 Alex Spezzano was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  struck out 16 batters over  6.2 innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   four  hits. Those  16  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Cameron Wilson, who  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Warsaw came up short against Perry on April 7th and fell  8-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Le Roy's win bumped their record up to 2-0-1. As for Warsaw, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Le Roy skirted past Warsaw  3-2 in their previous matchup  back in May of 2024. Do  the Oatkan Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
