The West Lincoln Bears scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 84-39 victory over Mississippi School for the Deaf. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win West Lincoln has managed all season.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tyler Brown, who scored 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for him. Damarion English was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
West Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
West Lincoln will head out on the road to face off against Loyd Star at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Mississippi School for the Deaf will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stringer at 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2024.
