Holgate won the last time they faced Swanton and things went their way on Monday too. The Holgate Tigers came out on top against the Swanton Bulldogs by a score of 39-28. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Swanton lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jessica Finfera, who posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Lauren Bettinger, who earned five points and five steals.

Holgate's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14. As for Swanton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Holgate Tigers face off against the Stryker Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Holgate has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Swanton, they will venture away from home to face off against Delta at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Delta will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something Swanton surely won't give up without a fight.
