Ignacio dropped their record down to 15-5 on Saturday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 11-1 to the Olathe Pirates. The contest marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

As for Olathe, they now have a winning record of 12-11. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

For Olathe's part, Evan Eddy made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Eddy has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Olathe got a big performance out of Bryce Good, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The Pirates are 8-1 when Good posts two or more runs, but 4-10 otherwise. Luke Robertson was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
