Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lumberton). They blew past the Salem Wildcats 69-36 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Panthers with their most commanding win of the season.

Lumberton pushed their record up to 3-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Salem, they are on a 33-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lumberton will challenge Resurrection Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lumberton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Salem, they will take on Sacred Heart at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Salem is facing Sacred Heart at the right time seeing as Sacred Heart is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
