After two weeks on the road, Western Christian is heading back home. On Friday they take on Sibley-Ocheyedan at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Western Christian took a serious blow against West Sioux last Friday, falling 3-45.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-55, which was the final score in Sibley-Ocheyedan's tilt against Emmetsburg. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Sibley-Ocheyedan.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
