On Friday Bearden take on Cross County at Stuttgart at 7:00 PM. Bearden are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
Things could have been worse for Bearden, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 8-27 loss to Fordyce last Friday.
As for Cross County, Cross County had a rough outing against Earle two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Cross County took their match against Marked Tree 34-21.
Cross County's victory lifted them to 2-2 while Bearden's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll find out if Cross County can add another positive mark to their record or if Bearden can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Cross County's step.
