Isaac Winter and Co. Win 17th in a Row
Conway Springs picked up their 17th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Isaac Winter. Winter turned in his biggest game of the season, rushing for 189 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.
Winter and Conway Springs will host Ellinwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cardinals got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Eagles, probably because Winter had a solid game then too: he rushed for 84 yards on only five carries. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
