Archbishop Alter and Bishop Fenwick are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Knights will challenge the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Archbishop Alter and three for Bishop Fenwick.

Archbishop Alter blew Waynesville out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Waynesville got their revenge. The Knights fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 7-5.

Thomas Drake made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI. Jake Hemmert was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Bishop Fenwick duked it out with Chaminade Julienne Catholic on Monday. The Falcons fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 4-2.

Archbishop Alter's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Bishop Fenwick, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
