Warren Central was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Franklin Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2018.
Josh Moriarty was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 14 points along with seven assists and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Darius Helm, who scored six points along with seven rebounds.
Warren Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Franklin Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season.
Warren Central will head out on the road to challenge Zionsville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Zionsville is on a four-game streak of home wins, Warren Central a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Franklin Central won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lawrence North at 7:00 p.m. on January 13th. Lawrence North has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 868 points over their last 12 matchups.
