St. Joseph's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Marko Joksovic led the charge by scoring 18 points along with seven assists. Another player making a difference was TJ Wright, who scored 20 points along with six assists.
Masuk's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for St. Joseph, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1.
Masuk will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Darien at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. St. Joseph will finish 2023 at home by hosting Middletown at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
