After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Elmwood Park, Fenton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Intrinsic Mustangs 4-1. Considering Fenton have won four matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Fenton's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for Intrinsic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-1 record this season.

Fenton wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Glenbard East on the 10th. As for Intrinsic, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Westinghouse at 4:30 p.m. on the 20th.
