Trinity and DePaul College Prep are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Blazers will host the Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Trinity hasn't scored more than two runs for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Trinity saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aly Lopez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but DePaul College Prep ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top against De La Salle by a score of 9-6.
Gracie Parlier made a splash while hitting and pitching. She tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. What's more, she posted four strikeouts, the most she's had since back in May of 2025. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That double was her first of the season.
In other batting news, Grace Poleski and Grayson Ruff did most of the damage at the plate: Poleski went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Ruff got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That double marked the first that Poleski has hit this season.
DePaul College Prep kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 3-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
DePaul College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Trinity, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Trinity has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like DePaul College Prep struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
