That result was just more of the same for these two, as Chester County also won the last time the pair played on January 12th.
When it comes to explaining why Jackson South Side lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jaidynn Askins. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Askins has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Felicity Long was another key contributor, scoring three points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Chester County pushed their record up to 14-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Jackson South Side, their loss ended an 18-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-6.
