While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 140th, while the Panthers are ranked 31st).
 Whitman now  has a losing record of 3-4. As for Walter Johnson, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
