It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Avalon Lancers can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Chadwick on Saturday, falling 60-32. It was the first time this season that Avalon let down their fans at home.
Chadwick's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Thomas Rosso led the charge by throwing for 339 yards and six touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Another player making a difference was Joshua Goodman, who picked up 168 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Avalon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Chadwick, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
Avalon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Chadwick also has no future games currently scheduled.
