Easley was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They were  outmatched by the Wren Hurricanes at home  and fell  55-7. Having soared to a lofty 41  points in the game before, the Green Wave couldn't push the score so high this time.

With that strong performance,  Price is now averaging an impressive 101  rushing yards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of  Isaac Wigington, who gained 103 total yards and a touchdown.
 Easley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wren,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-0.
 Easley will take on Wade Hampton at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Wren, they will host Powdersville  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
