The St. Joseph's Catholic Knights will head out on the road to square off against the Palmetto Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Joseph's Catholic's pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so Palmetto's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Meanwhile, Palmetto made easy work of Powdersville on Tuesday and carried off an 11-4 victory. Considering the Mustangs have won three contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Thursday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. St. Joseph's Catholic hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .333. However, it's not like Palmetto struggles in that department as they've averaged .345. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
