The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Reniel Crisostomo, who scored nine points. Another player making a difference was January Murillo, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Ceres unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Friday. They took a hard 62-45 fall against Mountain House. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Ceres in their matchups with Mountain House: they've now lost four in a row.
Lathrop has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Ceres, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-7.
