The Leto Falcons will square off against the Largo Packers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Leto is looking to tack on another W to their nine-game streak on the road dating back to last season.
Last Friday, Leto beat Wharton 59-48.
Daniel Delgardo, III continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with six rebounds and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 20 or more points the last three times he's played. Derek Delgardo, jr was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Largo had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Cowboys 68-35 on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-18.
Leto has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Largo, they now have a winning record of 13-12.
Leto took their victory against Largo in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 62-36. Does Leto have another victory up their sleeve, or will Largo turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
